Niblett (Celeste) of Levelland, Terrance Niblett of Lubbock, Chris Niblett of Lubbock and Shea Niblett of Lubbock; and his siblings, John Burgess (Pat) of Arizona, Richard Burgess (Rosa) of Atlanta, Georgia, Rosa Burgess of Bryan, Donna Brown of Amarillo, Lonnie Woodruff and Robert Franklin. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
