She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Ragland and Clara Ragland; her husband Ernest W. Taggart of Levelland; her children, Benny Smallwood (Shanna) of Lubbock and Penny Peeples of Dickson, TN; her stepchildren, Kelly Taggart of Burns, TN and Hoyt Taggart (Lisa) of Levelland; and her siblings, Sharon Smith (R. L.) of Tahoka and Ronnie Ragland of Ralls. She was also cherished by 5 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
