Walter Vinyard Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2020, at the age of 88, Walter Vinyard of Levelland, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Walter Vinyard to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Vinyard and Myrtle Vinyard; and his siblings, Bernice Lambert, Ester Vinyard, Francis Vinyard, C. E. Vinyard, Jr. and J. C. Vinyard.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Gibbs of Levelland, Texas; his children, Allen Vinyard (Teresa) of Levelland, Chuck Vinyard of Lubbock, Texas and Sylvia Brown (Clifford) of Whitharral, Texas; and his siblings, Wanda Clay of Cleburne, Patsy Salter of Lubbock, Anna Lyon of Bowie, Martha Turnbow of Gatesville, Linda Raney of Paris, Texas and Bobby Ray Vinyard of Bowie, Texas. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Walter's memory be made to Fifth Street Baptist Church in Levelland, Texas.
