She was predeceased by: her parents, Bruno Sr. Zapata and Lala Zapata; her daughter Diane Rincones; her brothers, Jimmy Zapata and Bruno Zapata Jr.; and her grandson Adam Lee Reyes.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Hernandez; and her children, R. C. Cadena (Christina), Steven Hernandez (Maria), Angie Reyes (Lee), Lucy Garcia (Joe) and Victoria Valderas. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren.
