She is survived by: her husband Randy Mulkey; her daughters, Sandy Billington (Darrell) of Levelland, Penny Green-Rios (Jason) of Beeville and Jennifer Cunningham (Matt) of Wylie; her father Bill Arnwine of Lubbock; her siblings, Jackie, Don and Belinda; her grandchildren, Chelsea (Jay), Braden (Krysta), Daniel, Brittan, Brooke Joey (Mike), Brinlie, Brooklyn, Jesse, Devyn, Brent, Brian, Rylan, Mattie and Max; and her great grandchildren, Camden, Landon and Nolan.
