He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bishop and Alma Gober; his children, Gaylon Ray Bishop and Danny Ray Fraser; his grandson Christopher Ray Bishop; and his siblings, Redda, Sue, Claude, Eddie, Ellis, Jimmie, Martha, Mary Jane, Sandy and Shirley.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bishop; his children, Rose Scrivener, Ronnie, Lupe Yarbrough, Faith Rena Arvizu (Jason) and Chad Ray Bishop; his sister Betty Rose Brown; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Brown, Donny Moore, Cynthia Varner and Rhonda Bridges. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
