He was predeceased by: his parents, Trinidad Gutierrez and Ofelia Gutierrez; his wife Socorro Gutierrez; his son Gary Gutierrez; and his siblings, Robert, Trinidad, Jr. and Janie Gutierrez.
He is survived by: his children, Gloria Castro (Jesse), Ricky Gutierrez, Debbie Gutierrez, Minerva G. Quezada (Frank Villarreal) and Eddie Gutierrez (Josie). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
