He was predeceased by: his parents, Lupe Ochoa and Joe E. Ochoa; his son Johnny Ray Ochoa; and his siblings, Robert L. Ochoa, Sly Ochoa and Maria Anthony (Cuca).
He is survived by: his wife Maria Solano; his children, Andrew Ochoa, Richard Ochoa, Stephen Ochoa, Eric Ochoa and Andrea Medrano; and his siblings, Reynaldo Ochoa (Ray), Linda Reyna, Connie Comer, Melba Gomez and Lisa Longoria. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
