She was predeceased by: her father Antonio Ayala; her grandparents, Carmen, Dolores Ayala, Clelia and Efren Salazar Sr.; and her brother-in-law Rick Anderson (Ricardo).
She is survived by: her mother Adelina Salazar of Blythe, CA; her sons, Frank Velez Jr. (Kayla) of Lubbock, TX and Vincent Ayala of Levelland; her siblings, Barbara Ayala Anderson of Sparks, NV, Rudy Ayala (Rosa) of Salem, OR and Dolores Orona (Victor) of Blythe, CA; her grandsons, Nikolas Velez, Kaden Marin, Cylus Velez, Yeazmeen Ayala and Serenity Ayala; her great grandchild Aceitoe Velez; and her nephews, Tony Herrin, Rudy Ayala Jr., Esteban Ayala, Raul Galvan, Daniel Galvan, Christopher Suave and Michael Suave. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
