It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Preciliano Loa (Levelland, Texas), born in McAllen, Texas, who passed away on July 14, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerardo, Sr. Loa and Artemia Loa (Estrada); and his brother Ruben Loa. He is survived by: his wife Ophelia Rejino; his son Steve Loa (Teresa Hernandez); and his siblings, Antonio Loa (Janie), Gerardo Loa, Jr., Leon Loa (Teresa), Dagoberto Loa, Rudy Loa, Amelia Alamager, Gloria Flores (Bobby) and Herminia Ramirez (Eustolio). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
