She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Lynch and Letha Smith Lynch; her husband Warren Hazelbaker; her brothers, Clyde Lynch and Gene Lynch; and her granddaughter Baylee Langham.
She is survived by: her son Mike Hazelbaker (Helen) of Lubbock; her grandchildren, Holly Crawford (Kris) of Fort Worth and Dan Hazelbaker (Jennifer) of Lubbock; her great grandchildren, Ashlee Pinkerton (Justin) of Fort Worth, Cassidy Tuscana of Grapevine, Greg Langham of Florida, Christian Hazelbaker of Glassglow, KY and Evan Hazelbaker of Lubbock; and her great great grandchild Rylen Pinkerton.
In lieu flowers, it is requested memorials be made to Hickory Terrace Activities, Interim Hospice or First Baptist Church, Levelland.
