He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Ragan and Opal Ragan; his wife Karen Ragan; his children, Jack Ragan (Wyndy, Shelia Padgett), Jimmy Ragan (Angie) and Tammy Winn (Johnny); his siblings, Charles Ragan, Shirley Hankins (Mike, Janice Slivka) and Linda Mann (David); and his grandchildren, Matthew Ragan, Latasha Mendoza, Anthony Ragan, Jordan Ragan, Courtney Ungaro, Ariell Abramovita, Harrison Ragan, Jade Griffiths, John Ragan, Joshua Ragan, Jacen Ragan and Braxton Ragan. He was also cherished by 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Les requested that gifts be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital as he believed children should not suffer from cancer and his heart was to help them.
