He is survived by: his former wife Martha Geraldene Bertram; his daughters, Shannon Tarpley (Bret) of Dillon and Abbye Satterwhite (Kevin) of El Paso; his sisters, Bobbye Lohrenz (Roger) of Keller and June Gandy of Levelland; his grandchildren, Joshua Satterwhite (Alyssa) of Allen, Jessica Van Kleeck (Mike) of El Paso, Lauren Tarpley (Joshua McDonald) of College Station and Morgan Tarpley of Chicago, Illinois; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Mason Satterwhite and John David Van Kleeck.
