He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Derek (Erica Jefferson), Joshua (Natasha Clewis), Jason Clewis and Jina (James Tademy); and his siblings, Henry Clewis (Sara), Dorothy Hurd (Clarence), Joyce Clewis-Huey (Robert) and Ethel Mae Hall (Earnest). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
