She was predeceased by: her parents, Janice Edna Bush and Everett Hanford Starr; her husband Wesley K. Martin; her sister Charlotte Marie Starr; and her nephew Monty Roberts.

She is survived by: her children, Lisa Pugh (Dennis) of Las Cruces, John Martin (Aracely) of El Paso, Texas and Matthew Martin of Oxnard, California.; her grandchildren, Daniel, Sara, Michael Pugh, Victoria Martin, Wesley A. Martin, Kevin and Gibran Chacon; and her sisters, Helen Starr Roberts and Virginia Starr Harris. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
