With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Homer Guy McLean of Levelland, Texas, born in Luling, Texas, who passed away on December 17, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Guy McLean Sr. and Lillie Nell McLean (Chambers); and his brother Jimmy McLean. He is survived by: his children, Brian McLean, Randy McLean of Levelland, Brenda Hanna (Dana) of Lubbock and Adalyn McLean of Levelland; his grandchildren, Amber McLean (Carlos), Amanda McLean (Chris), Abagail Nell Gunn (Jacob), Amy McLean, Aja Matthies (Dwayn), Dana Hanna (Lisa), Raymond Hanna, Daniel McLean (Ayanna), Richard McLean and Sarah Nicholson (Chris); his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Elizabeth Claire, Allegra Lillian-Nell, Deja, Tavish, Caelan, Everett, Finnley and Samantha Emmalyne; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Gross.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials in Homer's name be made to the South Plains College Science Department.
