He is survived by: his grandmother Edna Atchison Palmer; and his siblings, Mickey Palmer, Mike Palmer, Sandra Chancey of Muleshoe, Donna Landreth of Midland, Cathy Palmer of Lubbock and Karen Hicks of Levelland. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
