It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gena Kathryn Parkman (Levelland, Texas), born in Pettit, Texas, who passed away on August 31, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Winslow Lewis and Nellie Lewis (Leavelle); and her husband Dee Parkman. She is survived by: her children, Gary Parkman (P. J.), Barbara Sapia (Mike) and Patricia Hughes (Steve). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twenty one great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Portales Children's Home.
