Frances Taylor Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2021, at the age of 84, Frances Taylor of Levelland, Texas, born in Duncan, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Robert and Ola Rumbaugh (Monroe); her husband Billy Ray Taylor; her son Ricky Taylor; and her siblings, Peggy Valentine, Betty Perryman, Arlene Howard, Raymond Rumbaugh of Bill Rumbaugh, J. C, Bobby Rumbaugh, Jessie Rumbaugh and Donnie Rumbaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Taylor (Paula) of Levelland and Susan Carlisle (Allen) of Sweetwater; her daughter-in-law Dee Dee Taylor of Edmond, OK; and her brother Kenneth Rumbaugh of Levelland. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
