She is survived by: her husband Jose Angel Tijerina; her children, Cynthia Smith (Leslie) of Levelland and Isaac Tijerina (Denise) of Chattanooga, TN; her grandchildren, Camryn Angel and Hannah Joy Tijerina; and her siblings, Lydia Thompson of Littlefield, Janie Sanchez of Littlefield, Chela Vargas of Littlefield, Pete Aguirre and Tony Aguirre.
