She was predeceased by: her parents, H. W. McCelvey (Mac) and Ann Witte McCelvey; her husband Joel Don Van Zandt; and her stepmother Polly McCelvey. She is survived by: her children, Perry Van Zandt (Tambrey) and LaShay Van Zandt; her grandsons, Justin Van Zandt (Mandy) and Brent Van Zandt (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Jase Van Zandt, Brayden Van Zandt, Easton Van Zandt and Luke Van Zandt; and her sister Barbara Spurgeon (Marv Huffaker).
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Krestridge Funeral Home (505 Austin St, Levelland, TX 79336).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the charity of one's choice.
