She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Royal and Velma Presley Royal; her husband L. A. Sinyard; her siblings, Jeanice Doshier, Marsha Royal and Wendell Royal; and her son Rodney Sinyard.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Hilliard (Butch) and Jimmy Sinyard (Sheri); her sister Sandra Meyer; her brother-in-law Leroy Doshier; her daughter-in-law Mary Sinyard; and her grandchildren, Regina Coleman (Donny), Kim Moreno (Mario), Stephany O'Neil (Sean), Kelly Sinyard (Hayleah), Kurt Sinyard and Trent Sinyard (Kristy). She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
