She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Bennie Gene Frey; her grandparents, Zelma Fred, Edgar and Bernice Frey; her husband Billy Smart of Levelland; her mother Juanell Morris of Levelland; her children, Michelle Quilantan, Tammy Doshier of Levelland and Rick Doshier (Brandi) of Levelland; her sister Carolyn Nance of Levelland; her grandchildren, Michael Quilantan (Destini), Andrew Quilantan, Kiara Doshier, Keyleigh Barron, Gavin Doshier, Ashleigh Barron and Preston Doshier; and her great grandchildren, Xander, Xaden, Xaxton and Zaileigh.
