He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee and Lavina Louise Barry Heard; and his wife Rene'Heard. He is survived by: his siblings, Pat Blair (Max) and Larry Heard (Ann); his children, Barry Don Heard (Jerri) and Susan Pendergrass (Chad); his grandchildren, Jake Cage (Crystal), Logyn Heard, Ryan Pendergrass and Brooke Dalton (Keifer); and his great grandchildren, Wyatt Cole Dalton and Hallie Rene'Dalton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the South Plains College Foundation Scholarship Fund, or your favorite charity.
