He is survived by: his wife Kim Mills of Levelland; his children, Jeremy Mills (Jamie) of Lubbock, April Webb (Wade) of Lubbock, Levi Mills (Jenise) of North Carolina, Chance and Ryan Webb of Clovis, NM; his stepsister Heidi Kelley; his niece Marlo Cannon; his nephew Michael Don Mills; and his grandchildren, Corbin Mills, Brysin Webb, Skyler Mills, Adisin Webb, Camilla Mills, Wyatt Mills and Barrett Mills. He is also survived by 3 nieces; and 1 nephew.
