She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard Charles Neely; her parents, John Clinton Nelson and Germaine Clotilde Ranty; her siblings, Suzanne Steinbach and John Roy Nelson; and her great grandchild Alexandra Nicole Neely.

She is survived by: her children, L. C. Chaz Neely (Trisha), John Nelson Neely (Susan), Suzanne Elizabeth Neely and Barbara Hasslocher Neely; and her great grandchildren, Taylor Neely, Neely Stone, Duke Stevens III, Lauren Stevens, Lorelei Neely, Lucas Neely, Ellie Hasslocher, Scarlett Hasslocher and Evan Wetzel.
