She was predeceased by: her parents, William Heltzen and Frances Lorraine Rutland Heltzen. She is survived by: her children, David E. Mitchell of Texas, Charles M. Ruthledge and Misty Mitchell of Wichita Falls, TX; and her siblings, Laurie Heltzen and William Heltzen III of Mount Pleasant, TX. She is also survived by six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
