He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Francis Fletcher Sr. and Bertha Dewitt Fletcher. He is survived by: his sister Vonda Fletcher Strong of Keithville, Louisiana.; his wife Nora Janice McManus of Verda; and his daughters, Juliana, Amber Gaye and Jennifer Kate.
