She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Angers (Carl Angers), Kate Combs and Mary Qualls; her grandchildren, Victoria Helmer, Jennifer Bradshaw (Elbert Bradshaw, III), Tiffany Daily and Paul Qualls; her great grandchildren, Kymberleigh Starkey, Nicole Helmer and Jimmie Starkey; and her caregiver Pat Henderson.
