He is survived by: his sister Velma Staten; his daughters, Allison Akers, Amanda Akers and Audrey Seaton; his children-in-law, Thomas Bates, Russell Baker and Kevin Seaton; his stepdaughter Sharon Dictson (Gary Dictson); his grandchildren, Helen Akers Bates, Lucas Akers, Jesse Akers and Andrew Seaton; his stepgrandsons, Mark Wilson, John Dictson and Jason Dictson; his nephews, Alton Bostwick and Daniel Simnacher; and his niece Lisa Simnacher.
