She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Foster Carter and Francis "Mildred" Carter (Boggs); her grandparents, Eula and E. M. Boggs; her nephews, Stanley Sinclair and Todd Gilpin; her sister Kathy Sinclair (Don); and her sister-in-law Melanie Carter (Cliff).
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Kaye (Duke Dusek), John Wesley (Kathy) and Steven Wayne; her siblings, Fred Jr. (Barbara), Tom (Loye), John, Bill (Joanne), Rick (Diane) and Sue Crawford (Jim); her granddaughter Amanda Jane Patten (Jon); her great grandchildren, Mary Blank (William), Luke Field and Summer Patten; her great great grandchild William Blank Jr.; her daughter Connie Bloxom (Jim); her granddaughters, Tracy Whitten (Micheal) and Kelly Kahlden (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Matthew Whitten, Nick Whitten, Laura Whitten, Drew Kahlden and Sarah Kahlden; her grandson Charles Lamb (Aubrey); and her son Steve Lamb (Terri).
