She was predeceased by: her parents, Mariano Valdez and Francisca Valdez; and her siblings, Juan Valdez, Felix Valdez, Guadalupe Valdez (Wally), Hilario Valdez, Eusebio Valdez, Asuncion Trevino and Selia Sorola.
She is survived by: her brother Robert Valdez. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hurley Funeral Home (118 W Oaklawn Rd, Pleasanton, TX 78064). A rosary was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (170 Hackberry St, Leming, TX 78050). A burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph Cemetery.
