It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Pasqual M Valadez Sr. of Leming, Texas, who passed away on September 4, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Maria A. Valadez; his parents, Agustin Estrada Valadez and Refugia Martinez Valadez; and his siblings, Sofia Valadez, Guadalupe V. Rodriguez, Florencio Valadez, Abundia V. Guajardo, Pauline V. Vasquez and Dominga V. McHaney.
He is survived by: his children, Petra V. Holmes (Gerry) of Willis, TX. and Pasqual A. Valadez Jr. (Debby Esparza) of Leming, TX; his sisters, Apolonia Gonzalez (Pola) of Leming, TX, Elizabeth Vasquez (Frank) of Bangs, TX and Lucia Pacheco (Ben) of Pleasanton, TX; his brother-in-law Manuel Vasquez of Brownwood, TX.; and his grandchildren, Gracey L. Guerra (Enrique), Alejandro Luna Jr., Timothy Luna, Denton Holmes, Elizabeth Holmes, Alexandria V. Stark (Trant), Guadalupe Valadez (Lupita), April Valadez and Refugia Valadez (Ruthie). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the new Executive Order from Governor Abbott, we are asking that everyone wear a mask or facial covering during the visitation, rosary, and at the cemetery. We also ask that social distancing be observed at all events.
