He is survived by: his mother Tina Blevins; his children, Michael Blevins, Jr. (Allison), Jade Morales, Nicholas Blevins, Stephanie Blevins, Kimberly Blevins and Katelynn Blevins; his brother Thomas Blevins (Gracie); his grandfather Edgar Eldridge; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica Blevins, Brandon Blevins, Kevynn Blevins, Dillon Blevins and Khayli Blevins.
