He was predeceased by: his parents, Callie Maples and Daniel Maples. He is survived by: his wife Frances Maples; and his children, Donna Maples-Hall (David) of Olney, Peggy Putman (David) of Amarillo, Robert Maples of Lefors and Sam Maples of Pampa. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; and other extended family.
