He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Stephens and Inez Skaggs Stephens; his daughter Patricia Gaye McGuire; his wife Maxine; his daughters, Kimberly Powell (Jay) of Tool and Connie Burnam (Rick) of Hedley; and his grandchildren, Nathalie, Kristopher, Sarah, Kyle, Bradley, Patricia, Amber, Timber and Tamra. He was also cherished by 15 great-grandchildren and a great great-grandson.
