He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Powell and Emma Powell; and his daughter Hope Brown. He is survived by: his wife Lola Feleise Powell of Borger; his children, Bobby Powell, Jr. (Hazel Pengson) of Dumfries, Virginia and Deann Culver (Wade) of Pampa; and his grandchildren, Mandi Powell, Johnnie Powell, Brandi King, Oliver Berry, Antony Powell, Preston Powell, William Powell, Brandon Brown, Brian Brown and Glenda Rodibaugh. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and many, many nieces and nephews as well as extended family.
