He is survived by: his children, Charlotte Beardon, Darvin and William Kellum (Bill); his wife Naomi Spradlin; his son Bart L. Kellum; his sister Patsy Patterson; and his grandchildren, Wendy, Kyle, Bobby, Johnathon, William, Jr., Red, Trevor, Tammy, Devonne, Oland, Michael and Amy.
