He was predeceased by: his son Shawnan Kay. He is survived by: his parents, Harold Dean Kay and Betty N Jester of Pittsburg, TX; his wife Debbie Kay; his children, Mitch, Frankie Kay of Sonora, TX, Stormi and Tyler Waddell of Diana, TX; his grandchildren, Elijah Waddell, Kaylee Waddell, Brooklynn Kay, Christian Waddell and Summitt Kay; and his sister Angela (James Brown). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
