He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ace and Alberta Galloway Morgan; his former wife Dorothy Morgan; his son Randy Morgan; and his siblings, Billy Joe Morgan, Betty Jean Kennedy, Mary Ellen Gorman, Effie Rogers and Judy Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Morgan of Leesburg; his sons, Willie Morgan (Tina) of Leesburg and Keith Morgan (Mary) of Scroggins; his grandchildren, Chassity, Travis, Sara and Kayln; and his sister Jane Davis.
