He is survived by: his wife Zella Minchew of Leesburg; his son Chris Minchew (Betty Sue) of Gilmer; his grandchildren, Jeromy Rater, Holly Ziegler and Travis Minchew; and his great grandchildren, Clayton Rater, Caseyn Rater and Abby Ziegler.
