He is survived by: his daughters, Amber (Adam Nietsche), Autumn of Houston, Alesha (Jenny) and Adyson of San Marcos; his wife Darlene Spacek of Ledbetter; his grandchildren, Gillian, Avanly, Grayson Nietsche of Giddings, Masyn Spacek of Ledbetter, Mya Spacek of Houston, Kya and Zoch Urban of Boise; and his siblings, Ricky (Melanie Spacek), Rusty (Sherry Spacek), Robyn (John Brockenbush), Rebecca (Ray Hooks), Ronica (Russell Iselt), Mike (Cathy Siegeler), Gene (Karen Urban), Kenny (Fran Urban), Ronnie (Debbie Urban) and Glen Schultz of Ledbetter. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
