With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Harold Keng of Ledbetter, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 20, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact James Harold had on those he encountered along his journey. Though James Harold may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Keng and Emma Keng; and his siblings, Dorothy Hoskins (Norland) of Sinton and Robert "Sweet Pea" Keng (Delores) of Giddings. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Keng (Lehmann) of Ledbetter; his daughters, Jaime (Ron Manning) of Giddings and Casey (Frank Smith, family: Paul, Penny Heithold) of Giddings; and his son-in-law James Newman (Michelle) of Lincoln. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; his Missouri family, Paul and Penny Heithold and children, and numerous nieces and friends.
