She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Penney and Gwendolyn "Winnie" Arthurline Penney (Moffett); and her brothers, Franky Penney, David Earl Penney and Gordon Penney.
She is survived by: her husband Claude Kuempel of Ledbetter; her children, Amy Lee Collins of Hutto, Penney Faulk of Austin, Jeff Kuempel (Shelly) of Round Rock and Brian Kuempel (Joy) of Hutto; and her siblings, Doyle Penney (Stacey) of Noack, Gwen Ola Dean (Dennis) of Rockdale, Peggy McClintock (Larry) of Bastrop and Pamala Honeycutt (David) of Round Rock. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
