He is survived by: his wife Angela; his son Jacob (Katie); his granddaughters, Kennedy and Jordyn; his children, Nicholas (Lindsey) and Kayla; his parents, Bill and Lillian; and his siblings, Kimberly, Nicole and Tarl. He is also survived by numerous other siblings, nieces, nephews and friends.
