He is survived by: his wife Cathy Womack; his children, Pamela McKellar (Jim), Dale Womack, Jr. (Lois), Dee Ann Womack and Patsy Womack Slaughter; and his grandchildren, Gregory, Ashley, Casey, Kyle, Amber, Tisha, Sean, Josh and Ericia. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
