He was predeceased by: his parents, George Charles Shaheen and Fern Lucille Jorgensen. He is survived by: his wife Donna Shaheen; his children, Kaitlyn Shaheen (Dalton), Jennifer Leal (Rachel) and Dashonna Leal; and his siblings, Terri Shaheen of Redding, California, Dan Shaheen (Rita) of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Dick Shaheen (Stephanie) of Winner, Bob Jorgensen (Debbie) of Cheyenne, Wyoming and Paul Jorgenson (Wendy) of Reno. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
