She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Brouer and Snig Brouer; her siblings, Jerry Brouer and Judy Pesnell; and her daughter Jennifer Kristin Yates.
She is survived by: her son Joshua Scott Yates; her husband Charles Yates; her son Josh Yates (Amber); her grandchildren, Morgan Vic, Freeman, James Gary Freeman III, Ryan Allen Lemke, Josie Monroe Yates, Lillie Hunter Yates and Cooper Wylie Yates; her great grandchild Violet Charli Chastain; her brothers, Blue Brouer (Lorri) and Kevin Brouer (Rhonda); her sister-in-law Beverly Yates Sanders; and her niece Susan Rae Sanders Cordell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
They were hoping to take their pandemic-delayed 50th anniversary Rhine River cruise later this year.
