She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Reed Combs; her grandson David Christopher Crow; her mother Alline Gidley Bell; her stepfather Thomas Lloyd Bell; her sister Robaline Sloan; and her brother-in-law Zilmon Sloan.

She is survived by: her daughters, Terri (Don Crow) of Liberty Hill and Wendy (Lynn Howard) of Round Rock; her stepson Kelly Combs (Jane) of Georgia; her grandchildren, Blake Howard, Justin Howard, Chris Crow (Becca), Kim Moore (Russell), Donny Crow (Summer), Marci Chen, Laura Combs and Brian Combs; her great grandchildren, Emma Grace Howard, Carter Crow, Cade Moore, Cole Moore, Breck Crow, Dylan Kemble (Anna) and Meredith Kemble; her siblings, Florence Ann Snow of Florida and Lloyd J. of Smiley; her sister-in-law Gayle Bell of Smiley; her nieces and nephews, Lee Sloan, Rob Sloan, Natalie Robbins, Lisa Paterra, Linda Murray and Buddy Bell J.; her grandson Russell Moore; and her nephews, Nathan Sloan and Eric Sloan.
