She was predeceased by: her parents, Alejos Garza and Bitoria Briseno Garza; her husband Ramon M. Bermea; her son Raymond Bermea; and her grandson Rudy Leija.
She is survived by: her children, Lorenzo Bermea (Mary Ann) of Charlotte, Angie Leija (Andres) of Pearsall, Roy Bermea (Lana) of Leander and Jo Ann Saenz (Robert) of Cedar Park. She is also survived by grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 11 great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
